Very friendly and welcoming environment. I received a comprehensive exam for dry eyes. Everything was explained clearly and time was taken to clearly explain the results and treatment plan. Informative without any sells pressure. Very professional. Nice location and environment. I am also interested in the Hapa Kristin colored lens.

Visited Dr. Le’s practice with my partner who has been dealing with ongoing issues with dry eyes for many years. The practice is modern and very well equipped for many other services including optometry which is convenient and is located inside the Hapa Kristin store. Derek welcomed us and helped get us checked in. We were able to see the doctor after a few minutes and had the comprehensive testing done. Dr. Le gave a thorough explanation on what she observed and identified the best treatment plan followed by Derek giving a quick class for contact lenses application. Overall excellent experience at this practice and felt confident with the hospitality/service. Billing was also transparent and flexible for us to wait until the new year for treatment which was much appreciated.

The staff here are superrrrrrrr nice. We came in a little late, but they still welcomed us with so much warmth and friendliness. We stayed a little passed the closing time, yet they were just as enthusiastic the whole time. They even chatted with us and helped one of our friends take her contact lens out when she was struggling during her training. Come support them guys!

Had a really positive experience here. I wasn’t sure what procedures I needed to get done but Dr. Le was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions and gave great suggestions :) The place is super cute and very clean. I never been to a place where you can get your eyes checked and treatments done, 2 birds with one stone at this place. 100% would recommend and would definitely be coming back.
